This week another container with beautiful avocados arrived. After arrival we do our usual sampling and various tests, so that we can guarantee the consumer a tasty avocado again. The avocados were sold quickly and are already on their way to the consumer, so that they can be enjoyed in this beautiful weather.

All in all, avocados are a healthy and delicious snack. Below is a recipe for 2 people, recommended by our own staff!
250 grams of new potatoes
25 grams of arugula
1 spring onion
1 bell pepper
1 tbsp pine nuts
half tsp curry powder
pinch of salt and pepper
honey mustard dressing
Season the potatoes with curry powder, salt and pepper. Bake the potatoes for about 10 minutes until they are soft. In the meantime, cut the avocado into pieces, just like the spring onion and bell pepper. When the potatoes are ready, let them cool a bit until they are lukewarm. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
